Gun automatic ramming organ is a key technology and equipment improved firing rate of artillery, Gun automatic ramming organ is various. This paper mainly aims at automatic ramming organ with magazine, the feeding machine structure improvement, design a magazine type automatic feeding machine. Based on analysis of various kinds of feeding machine structure scheme, through building the system modeling, theoretical analysis, virtual prototype simulation, the results show that this design magazine type automatic feeding machine application feasibility and obtain its advantages and disadvantages.In this paper, the structure design mainly includes two parts, one is the elastic cylinder chain design improvement, through structural analysis and movement simulation, comparative analysis of the improvement of the cartridge chain advantages and disadvantages. Two is the design of the feeding mechanism, the hydraulic device will bomb chain rotation in place of the string to a coordinator, in the feeding mechanism design, continuous improvement of the tube structure, through the two structural design and ultimately determine the automatic feeding machine overall plan.In the theoretical analysis, on several key parts of feeder, feeding wheel, a spring, hydraulic cylinder are calculated, which due to the improved cartridge chain design, so the bullet pulling wheel design process, using the idea of equivalent, the feeding wheel design and chain drive sprocket design comparison, using the sprocket the design formula for feeding wheel design of retaining structures; then according to the actual stress and retaining plate works, the spring is designed.Eventually, the process of Automatic ramming organ with magazine whose is rotation, pushing and continuous feeding by ADAMS software simulation, validation of the feasibility of feeding machine, through the analysis of post processing curve, come in a variety of schemes to provide the basis, structure improvement.
