Little research or guidance so far on the wall-leading system of building palisadestructure in hot-summer and cold-winter area, while the energy-saving enclosure systemexternal wall is closely related with thermal comfort of building. With the rapid economicdevelopment in Hunan province, thermal comfort will gradually reach higher level asresidents requirements. For many new energy-saving projects, to reduce energy consumptionand cost is often in consideration, with energy-saving efficiency reaching to50%or65%, butseldom consider the thermal comfort requirements of building which is used. Energy-savingbuilding is not saving energy when establishing a good indoor environment depends onair-conditioning. There are many evaluation index and influential factors for thermal comfort,and energy exchange between human body and the environment happens constantly, with theheat permeability and thermal inertia of exterior wall bringing a comparatively hugeinfluence.During the research, many documents and data issued by relevant governmentdepartment in hot-summer and cold-winter area were reviewed, studying the wall systemdevelopment and the wall material manufacturing conditions of companies in different citiesof Hunan province. And here is the conclusion: comparatively backward manufacturingequipments, product structure needing improvement, disadvantageous condition forenergy-saving, poor sustainable capability, and limited application of energy-saving wallmaterials, etc. Besides, a questionnaire survey was carried about the thermal comfort ofresidential buildings in Changsha city态teaching buildings and dormitories of the newcampus of Changsha University of Science&Technology. Experimental data on the solarroom, A115indoor thermal sensation of personnel in engineering building no of ChangshaUniversity of Science&Technology, compared with Energy-plus simulation data analysis,simulation accuracy of90or more. Applying the annual energy consumption simulationsoftware of Energy-plus, models of residential building and office building were set to studythe energy consumption and thermal comfort of energy-saving walls. And it figures out thatthe aerated concrete blocks possess pretty good energy-saving capability and thermal comfort,and they are worthy of widespread application for non-bearing walls.
