The Application Research Of Landscape As Cold Source Of Air Conditioning System

Comparing with the conventional air conditioning system, the natural cold source air conditioning system, which make full use of natural source, has the characteristics of energy saving and environmental protection. It is important for energy saving、environment protection and the application of this system to analyses its characteristics, design process and operation effect and economic and environmental benefits.This paper introduces the load calculation method of the stratification air conditioning and calculates in detail the cold load in summer. Comparing its cold load with the cold load of conventional air conditioning system, the former can save energy to40%relatively.For landscape directly as air conditioning cold source, the cold water has higher temperature, so we must make detailed calculation of the surface air cooler for the equipment selection. In addition to the common calculation method of the surface air cooler, a convenient method which is fit for analyzing the performance and character of the FCU is introduced detailed. For this method has its limitation that is it only suit for FCU, so improvement measures are proposed to make this method suit for Air-handling Unit. Using this method, the cooling capacity of this project with cool water temperature at19℃is calculated. And the proportion of the cooling capacity with cool water temperature at19℃to the cooling capacity at standard condition is46.75%,which can make sure of the type and the number of the unit conveniently. In addition, through this method, this paper has calculated the cooling capacity with the cold water temperature at8℃～19℃respectively and get the proportions of them to the cooling capacity at standard condition. That can provide reference for the Unit selection in practice.Using CFD software establish the model of the project to make numerical computation for indoor flow field, the result indicate that the indoor temperature and air speed are all comfort for people. It proof that the landscape as air condition cold source is feasible.By comparing between the A/C system utilizing natural cool resource and other general A/C systems, the first investment on main equipments, year-cost of operation and managing of the former are found to be much less. And it is very obvious that the former gives great benefit to protecting environment because of less electricity consumption.
