Electric power enterprises both to ensure power quality voltage and frequency etc, or to ensure power supply continuity and reliability requirements are improved. Therefore, in the current situation to raise power industry workers job skills and overall quality is very important, but also very urgent. And raise their working skills and overall quality of the most effective way is to training.Shanxi electric power simulation training center in Shanxi Province as the power company professional training institutions, assuming enhance the province of220kV and above substation operators work skills and overall quality. In view of the different voltage and different skill levels of substation operation personnel, design the corresponding training programme, the appropriate training methods and training content, in order to achieve good training results, to achieve the simulation training center of Shanxi electric power to pursue training objectives. At present our simulation center has been built500kV Simulation Substation2,220kV Simulation Substation3,110kV Simulation Substation2,35kV Simulationl substations, and includes a set of substation, relay protection, integrated automation, remote training system. Can fully meet the different voltage level of senior personnel, centralized control substation operation training needs of staff. However these Simulation Substation using software simulation, although have three-dimensional animation scene, can be in the simulation system in operation, but the reality is not strong enough, and some details can not be so careful simulation. Especially for relay protection and automation training methods are relatively lag. To remedy this, this simulation center is currently building a220kV digital physical hybrid simulation substation. The simulation training system design includes a main system, substation simulation scene, isolating switch, circuit breaker operating mechanism simulation device; monitoring system, the two circuit fault simulation apparatus, real protection panel and DC system, operation and work ticket system, auxiliary equipment, interface devices. These modules after integration, the simulation system and the real protection panel connected, a device through a simulation device to replace, reproduction of the whole substation work scene, which can be reached with the scene were highly consistent with the scene effect. The simulation system can set a one or two equipment fault simulation, fault phenomenon and the actual match completely, because the real panel device can thus be achieved on the substation operation personnel, protection and automation personnel training. Through a variety of exercises, the two fault, which can improve power staff to handle such problems coping ability and skill level, so as to guarantee the security of the power system, stability, reliable operation make contribution. This article is in this background, to explore the digital physical hybrid simulation substation design, technical features, and the system of the relevant test record and its performance to make objective evaluation.
