The Intelligent Grid developed rapidly since it has been put forward and has becomethe significant reform direction. As an important component of the Intelligent Grid, theintelligent substation developed and improved continuously with the development of theIntelligent Grid. As a key equipment of the intelligent substation process layer, electronicinstrument transformer has the following advantages: advanced sensing mechanism, easyinsulation, large dynamic range, wide frequency response, high accuracy etc. It adaptedthe development trends of measurement and protection digitalization and automation.In this paper, after introducing the structure and requirements of electronictransformer structure, this thesis analyzes the Rogowski coil and capacitance dividermodel. According to its characteristics, the author put forwards the common problems ofdigital processing in electronic transducer---digital integral and digital phase shifter, andintroduces the important component of electronic transformer signal processing—converter and merging unit.The analog integrator and analog phase shifter are restricted by devices feature, theirperformance is not stable enough and difficult to adapt to the digital and intelligentdevelopment of electronic transformer. In this paper, digital integration technology isintroduced based on the merging unit data processing platform for electronic transformer,and the digital integral algorithm in the electronic transformer of steady state andtransient response simulation and analysis are carried out, and analyzed the difficulty ofintegral starting point,the signal frequency and the DC component. The author also putforwards a kind of digital phase shifter scheme in electronic transformer, and carries outin electronic voltage transformer,the resolution ratio of the phase shifter is1second.The digital integral and the digital phase shifter technique can meet the electronictransformer of0.2class according to the research.
