Instrument And Electricity Engineering Quality Management Research Of Mixing Project Construction Phase Of Y Company

After the completion of the Y company mixing project, it will run under high temperature and high pressure. Its raw material and products are inflammable, explosive, toxic, so in this project the quality of instrument and electricity system engineering is extremely important. The background of this thesis is for Y company mixing project, in the construction of the project phase, for the owners how to mange its instrument and electricity project quality is the core content of this paper. In the research process the author did the following work:1, in engineering quality inspection found in the grounded system engineering there are some earth points grounding quality unqualified;2, To use project quality management fishbone diagram method, from the personnel, materials, machinery, technology, environment five factors, butt to system engineering of earth point grounding quality unqualified this problem to carry on the analysis, find out existing problems in the project which are in the professional technical difference, quality consciousness weak, information communication;3, According to the problems found out, work out the following countermeasures:(1) To strengthen personnel, materials, machinery, technology, environment of five factors control,(2) To further improve communication of information management system and engineering change management system,(3)Organize engineering quality team activities, to establish the engineering prototype system,(4) Strengthen the contractor’s contract management and supervision quality control,(5) Strengthen the key process control, build up the owner construction quality rewards and punishment system,4, Finally through summarizing pointed out that in engineering quality control of instrument and electricity project to strengthen the management of the human factor is the most important.
