Available transmission ability is not only to be used to measure important indicator of the power system stability and safety, and is also one of key information to lead resources optimization allocation. Enough available transmission ability is the important protection of safe and stability operation of the power grid and is the necessary premise condition of electric power market for smooth transaction. Or power system will be happening with a lot of hidden danger and risk to the operation of power system, leading to power companies and market suffered severe losses. In recent years, the power resources become nervous, environmental stress intensifies, how to make good use of transmission resource is becoming more and more important, so it can be transmission ability become the hot research problems.At present, the world experts and scholars, market participants have to study out various models and its algorithm based on how to improve the calculation speed transmission capacity available and on the calculation precision. But they never get an algorithm which has good speed and high accuracy.This paper will be rectangular of continuation power flow model as the foundation, considering PV node reactive power, PQ node voltage amplitude, line current amplitude and voltage stability constraints. Using high order Taylor series algorithm to establish the analytic equation between PV nodes reactive power, PQ node voltage amplitude, line current amplitude and power control parameters. Using these analytical formulas can quickly and accurately find various constraints of the corresponding power control parameter values. The power system of dependent and independent variables and choice methods, this paper to voltage amplitude and current amplitude respectively for the independent variable and power control parameters for each node of the dependent variable established power voltage the rationality of the analytical formula.
