Aiming at the Jilin Petrochemical Co aluminium powder production equipment technical reformation, this article will use nitrogen atomization instead of air atomizing to produce superfine spherical aluminum powder, use dilute phase pneumatic conveying instead of mechanical conveyor, adopt micro positive pressure operation process, increase product grading system and redesign the pipeline diameter in order to meet the technological requirements of the whole system.Integrating the main link of aluminium production such as atomized poeder, pneumatic conveying, powder cooling, a powder collecting, powder grading, powder packaging and so on together forms a closed system and the production process uses nitrogen as protective gas with nitrogen cycle use via the circulation system.To ensure the quality of the products, while preventing the aluminium powder conveying producing static electricity, the main equipment and pipeline contacting with the aluminium powder is made of stainless steel or aluminum. The design adopts effective measures of avoiding the electrical spark, electrostatic spark, mechanical spark and lightning invasion to prevent accidents. System device according to the aluminum maximum explosion pressure to design with a blasting film as the explosion venting device and packaging unit interior door installs a human body electrostatic grounding guiding device. Packing station specially designs double valve with the different time switch mode, which can effectively prevent the dust leakage during the packaging process, reduce the environmental pollution and ensure the safety in production.
