Based on Guangxi flowering and seeding Moso Bamboo forest, this study maily researches on Moso Bamboo’s seed conservation, pollen conservation, in vitro conservation, and so on.1. The moisture contents of seeds were adjusted from11.24%to3.07%for5levels. Then sealed them with foil bags, conserved at25℃,4℃and-20℃. Then I found the seed-lots of3.07%MC and5.72%MC suffered desiccation damage. They are not appropriate for conservation, and the lowest moisture content for conservation is7.45%. The optimum moisture content stored at25℃is7.45%, the vigor didn’t decline obviously in210days. Stored at4℃, the optimum moisture content of seeds is11.24%; and at-20℃, it is also11.24%. So I found the optimum moisture content is different at different temperatures, it rises with the temperature’s declining. And the result is that the condition of4℃、11.24%MC to conserve seeds could achieve the best effect. After conserved310days, the germination rates only declined from74.0%to59.3%. So I recommend this condition as Moso Bamboo seeds conservation’s technical parameters.After seed-lots conserved150d, the contents of POD, SOD and CAT were declined as the stored temperature’s rising, and seeds’vigor falled obviously. Through the canonical correlation analysis, the change of contents of POD and SOD could obviously express the change of seed vigor.2. The study found Moso Bamboo seeds were appropriate for cryopreservation (-196℃), and the Moso Bamboo seeds could be directly put into LN2without any processing. Through orthogonal design of influencing factors, I found all of them didn’t influence the results of cryopreservation obviously. And that would not destroy their vigor, even accelerate seeds’germination.3. Moso Bamboo’s pollen is short-lived, it’s vigor would loss quickly in room. Through the test of Moso Bamboo’s pollen vigor, the suitable conditions of pollen conservation were that the new collecting anthers dried for1hour in room and then conserved in4℃freezer with sealed centrifuge tubes. That could maintain the vitality of pollen for80hours, extend9times. The suitable conditions for Moso Bamboo pollen germination were15%sugar+0.001%boric acid, at25℃, cultured for1hour. The germination rate could reach92.5%. And the boron is necessary.4. The experiments of Moso Bamboo test tube plantlets’conservation discovered it was feasible. Firstly, culture seeds with MS to4-6leaves. After low temperature (6℃) conservation for4months, there were75%of test tube plantlets viable. During conservation, there were no new leaves to come up. And the plantlets grow very well after low temperature treated, at25℃.
