The Analysis Of Related Factors Of Coronary Artery In-stentrestenosis After Drug-eluting Stent Implantation

【Objective】Analysis the related factors of coronary artery in-stent restenosis after Drug-elutingstent implantation.【Methods】There were121patients of coronary heart disease who had implanted DES in ourstudy. There were36-87years old (average were63.00±11.02).There103cases were menand18cases were female. According to the results of the coronary angiography thepatients were divided into ISR group (n=31) and the non-ISR group (n=90). General data,history, biochemical index and the characteristics of coronary angiography of all thepatients were collected. Regularity and the related factors of ISR were analyzed.【Results】1、 The total rate of ISR is25.61%. About90%of the ISR patients were found in15months after PCI.2、 The average age in the ISR groups were66.68±9.11years old, and that in non-ISRgroup were61.73±11.38. Average age in the ISR group were older than that in thenon-ISR groups (p<0.05).3、The total standard rate of lipoprotein-cholesterol was10.7%. The level of the TC andLDL-C was lower in the ISR group than the non-ISR group in the second times whenthe patients in the hospital (p <0.05), But the trend was same between these two groups.The nor-ISR group HDL-C leaver in the second time was higher than the first time, andwe wouldn’t see the same result in the ISR group. The level of TG, HDL-C, serumCys-C, Scr, Bun and fasting blood sugar were no statistically significant differentbetween the two groups. 4、The restenosis rate in the right coronary artery was higher than that in the left anteriordescending. The stenosis degree and the lesions number of coronary artery were notcorrelated with ISR.5、The ISR rate of the sirolimus-eluting stents was lower than the paclitaxel-eluting stent(p <0.05). Compared with the non-ISR group, the stent total lengths were longer andthe stents diameters were smaller in the ISR stent group (p <0.05).6、Acute myocardial infarction and the emergency operation were not statisticallysignificant different between the non-ISR group and the ISR group. The percentage ofthe patients who had been implanted overlapping stents was also not different betweenthe two groups.【Conclusion】1, Age and the stent total length were positively correlated with the incidence of ISR.Stents diameter was negatively correlated with the incidence of ISR.2, The ISR rate of the sirolimus-eluting stents was lower than the paclitaxel-eluting stent.The restenosis rate in the right coronary artery was higher than in the left anteriordescending.3, Conventional biochemical test results cannot predict ISR, Statins can’t control lipidprofile completely.4, Acute myocardial infarction, emergency operation and overlapping stents implantationwouldn’t increase the incidence of ISR.
