Effects Of Sufentanil Combined With Dexmedetomidine On Patient-controlled Analgesia In Eldly Patients Undergoing Hip Replacement

Objective To observe the safety,efficiency of sufentanil combined withdexmedetomidine on Patient-controlled Analgesia in eldly patients undergoing hipreplacement and the save effect of dexmedetomidine to sufentanil.Methods Eighty patients undergoing selective hip replacement ASAI~Ⅲ status,ageranged from65yr to80yr, were randomly divided into4groups(A,B,C,D). PCIA pumps wereactivated immediently when the surgeries finished. Sufentanil1μg/kg/d and granisetron6mgwere maked up with saline for150ml in Group A; Sufentanil1μg/kg/d,dexmedetomidine0.5μg/kg/d and granisetron6mg were maked up with saline for150ml in Group B; Sufentanil1μg/kg/d,dexmedetomidine1.0μg/kg/d and granisetron6mg were maked up with saline for150ml in Group C; Sufentanil1μg/kg/d, dexmedetomidine1.5μg/kg/d and granisetron6mgwere maked up with saline for150ml in Group D.In all patients,drugs were pumpedintravenous with a initial dose of2ml, a continous dose of2ml per hour, bolus2ml.Observethe VAS score,Ramsay sedation scale,presses rates in48h,consumption of sunfentanil andpatients satisfaction.Adverse reactions were recorded in detail.Results All the patients’ VAS scores were less than4,patients in Group B felt less painin1and2hour after surgeries,while patients in Group C and Group D felt less pain in thefirst24h. The presses rates were lower in Group B,C and D.The consumption of sufentanilwas obviously less in Group C and D.But there was no difference in Ramsay sedation scaleIin all groups. There was no PONV or postoperative shivering in Group C and D,with highersatisfaction than Group A.No breath depression was happen.Conclusion The fomula of sufentanil combined with dexmedetomidine onPatient-controlled Analgesia in eldly patients undergoing hip replacement has great safetyand efficiency, with advantages in alleviating pain, reducing sufentanil consumption and theincidence of adverse reaction of sufentanil.Meanwhile,this fomula may achieve an stablehemodynamics.
