| AIM: To investigate the reparative dentine formation after the directapplication of PRP to mechanically exposed pulps in dogteeth.Methods:Forty-eight teeth without caries in two healthy hybrid dogs wererandomly assigned to1of6pulp-capping materials.A split-mouth design andintra animal side randomization were applied to5experimental groups (MTAã€Dycalã€MTA+PRPã€Dycal+PRPã€PRP) and the control group (no pulp-cappingmaterial). Exposured the experiment pulp by mechanical way.The animals werekilled after3months.and the reparative dentin were evaluated by DentalCT.Results: Evaluation after3months. showed that compared to Calciumhydroxide group, MTA,MTA+PRP, Dycal+PRP had a better ability in dentininducing..PRP group and control group did not form complete dentin bridge。Conclusions: PRP in compounds with Dycal can promote the regeneration ofdogs pulp tissue,was a promising biological pulp capping agent. |
