ObjectivesTo investigate the transformation in acute phase of high sensitivity C-reactive proteinand serum amyloid A after high-fat diet and drug intervention, which are contained in theserum of rats with arteriosclerosis. Tell the differences in sensitivity and specificity betweenthese two inflammatory makers, simultaneously discuss the effect made by different dose ofrosuvastatin.MethodsDivide the ordinary SD male rates into two groups: control group and experimental group.In the eighth week, in order to set up the atherosclerosis model, give the experimental grouphigh-fat-diet. Divide the model-rat into three groups: high-dose group(rosuvastatin4mg/kg)group, low-dose(rosuvastatin0.5mg/kg) group and model group. Collect the serumsample before the experiment, during setting up model and after drug intervention.Meanwhile, the biochemical indicators such as peripheral blood、TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-Care detected. Adopt enzymeliked immunosorbent assay to detect the level of serum SAA,hs-CRP. The aortic tunica intima SAA and hs-CRP of rats are tested by enzymelinkedimmunosorbent assay.Results1. Compare the experimental group with the control group during the period of setting upmodel, the level of TC、TG、LDL-C and SAA、hs-CRP is increased. The differencesmakes a great statistically significance.(P<0.01)2. SAA is positively correlated with TC、TG、LDL-C, the coefficient of correlation r is:0.769(P<0.01),0.771(P<0.01),0.778(P<0.01). Hs-CRP is positively correlated withTC、TG、LDL-C, the coefficient of correlation r is0.308(P<0.01),0.287(P<0.01),0.335(P<0.01). SAAand hs-CRP are negatively correlated with HDL-C, the coefficient of correlation r respectively is:-0.295(P<0.01),-0.263(P<0.01).3. After the intervention of rosuvastatin, the level of SAA and hs-CRP in low-dose groupand high-dose group is decreased significantly than model group.(P<0.01)Comparethe high-dose group with low-dose group, SAA and hs-CRP are both decreased.(P<0.01and P<0.05)4. SAA is positively correlated with hs-CRP, the coefficient of correlation r is:0.356(P<0.01). According to the Chi-square test, SAA and hs-CRP have no significantdifferences in the sensitivity, but there’s great differences in specificity.Conclusions1. With the development of Atherosclerosis,the level of TC、TG、LDL-C and SAA、hs-CRP in sterm is increased.2. SAA、hs-CRP not only lead to Atherosclerosis,but also take a important role in itsprocess. SAA is positively correlated with hs-CRP.3. Except decrease blood fat, Rosuvastatin also has anti-inflammatory effect.Meanwhile,the anti-inflammatory has a dose-effect relationship with dose.4. Related to the test sensitivity to the inflammation which is resulted from rosuvastatin,SAA is quite similar with hs-CRP, but SAA is higher in specificity.
