Clinical Research About Treatment Of Lower Limb Vein Ulcer With Trivex And Subfascial Endoscopic Perforator Surgery

Objective： Fujian medical university hospital affiliated first2010.1.1-2011.12.30hospitalized patients with lower limb vein ulcerpatients as the research object, analysis (Trivex) and Subfascialendoscopic perforator surgery (SEPS),(SEPS) surgery in the treatment ofthe effect of lower limb vein ulcer and complications of the quality ofclinical surgery for the choice of the ways of offer some basis.Methods: the data of the traditional high respectively by ligation andexfoliative operation based on operation method shall be separately crusand ulcer surrounding Trivex or SEPS surgery patients to a clinicalretrospectie case analysis, through the case control studies using t-testand a chi-square test, analysis of the significance of the surgery.Results: Trivex operation time at an average of almost (20±5) min, SEPSoperation time an average of about (40±10), Trivex group ulcer healingtime (55±9)days, SEPS group ulcer healing time (35±4)days, in theoperation time and ulcer healing time use t-test, p <0.05, efficiencyTrive group was higher than SEPS group, the healing time SEPS group washigher than Trive group. Two kinds of surgical procedure complications:in the postoperative complications lymphedema, subcutaneous hemorrhage,calf skin pigmentation is numb, improvement of according to a chi-squaretest p <0.05,Meaningful：1.SEPS group was higher than Trive group. Conclusions:compared with SEPSTrive in the treatment of vein ulcer, SEPS efficiency in a bit low；2.in the postoperative complications and ulcer healing above SEPS holdsthe obvious superiority.
