Objective To discuss the diagnostic value of multltisequencing magnetic resonanceimaging (MRI) in Diagnosis of Corpus Callosum infarction (CCI) of every period Byanalyzing findings with t plain axial DWI、T2WI (TSE sequence)、transection T2WI(FLAIR sequence)and agittal T1W(ITSE)of CCI. Methods All180case(sincluding40super acute phrase cases、100acute phrase cases and40chronicity phrases cases)were scanned by Siemens Avanto1.5T high Magnetic Resonance Scanner with plainaxial DWI、T2WI (TSE sequence)、transection T2WI (FLAIR sequence)and agittalT1WI(TSE).Results In all40super acute phrase cases,Detection rates of plainaxial DWI、T2WI (TSE sequence)、transection T2WI (FLAIR sequence)and agittalT1WI(TSE)were95%,12.5%,12.5%and0%, respectively. In all100acute phrasecases,Detection rates of plain axial DWI、T2WI (TSE sequence)、transection T2WI(FLAIR sequence)and agittal T1WI(TSE)were100%,90%,90%and88%,respectively. In all40chronicity phrases,Detection rates of plain axial DWI、T2WI(TSE sequence)、transection T2WI (FLAIR sequence)and agittal T1WI(TSE)were87.5%,100%,97.5%and100%, respectively. Conclusions Effective andassociative application of multltisequencing and angle MRI can provide morediagnostic information for CCI of every phrase.
