In recent years, with the development of chronopharmacology, it is found that aclose relationship between circadian rhythm and curative effect. Administrationaccording to the theory of chronopharmacology and individual circadian rhythm canimprove the efficacy of drugs and control seizures and pain of the disease.Chronopharmacology is able to provide a theoretical basis for clinical correctmedication and development of new drugs. However, conventional preparation pulsedelivery system can achieve the purpose of timed release, it has the shortcomings in thedrug dose, reliability and security. In this paper, we propose the research of array releasedrive based on micro-propulsion principle, and choose the micro-thruster which appliedto the micro-nano satellite. The micro-promote has the advantages of low startupelectric power, mass energy density per unit and simple process. It is designed amicro-thruster array applied to release through the advantages.The array release system includes wireless release an external control module,wireless receiver module, wireless release array module, power modules, the work ofstate detection circuit and MCU core modules. The working principle is that systempower-up accomplishes self-test of the working state, the wireless receiver module getsthe request signal, the MCU to decode the data, fix and identify, and then the correctdata signal is sent to the release control section to control the drug release, at the sametime, integrated temperature sensor on the C8051F330collected ambient temperaturechanges, when the detected temperature exceeds the set threshold, the end of the systemrelease. This paper discussed how to realize each module of the system. We havecompleted a2×2thruster array, and repeatedly release the feasibility of in vitrovalidation.In this paper, the micro-ignition circuit utilizes the membrane structure ofmicro-structure gas sensor. The research analyzes and compares the temperaturedistribution with different width and distance through the finite element analysis toolANSYS12.1. When the width and distance of ignition resistance is designed as20μm,10μm, the result shows that the center of the active area temperature distribution is moreuniform and lowest power consumption. When the ignition time is0.05s and theignition temperature is375℃, the ignition power is only20mW. It achieves low powerrequirements. The system of an array release drive based on micro promote principe hascharacteristics of accurate dose, stable performance, safe and reliable, et.al. It is able toprovide important theoretical for clinical correct medication and development of newdrugs. With the follow-up research and technology development, the drive we proposedin this paper may be used in clinical. It has important academic significance andpotential clinical application value.
