The Evaluation Of MR Diffusion Imaging To Hepatic Cirrhosis And The Correlation Research With Serum Fibrosis Marker

Objective:To evaluation the MRI performance and the correlation between MRI manifestation and serum fibrosis markers in patients with liver cirrhosis(LC), through the quantitative research of the ADC values of liver cirrhosis (LC)Materials and Methods:Totally50cases of LC which confirmed by clinical data, laboratory test, type-B ultrasonic or(and) CT/MRI examnation liver cirrhosis were divided into3groups according to Child-Pugh Classification, namely Child A group, Child B group and Child C group. And there were25other patients with normal liver through clinical test and imaging examination and normal-level of blood fat、blood sugar and AFP.MRI scan were performed to all study subjects and data was transferred to GE Advantage Workstation (AW)4.4.The ADC values were observed by processing information with analysis software. Additionly, all patients have examnations of serologic. The correlations between the ADC values and serum index.Using analysis of variance in different Child-Pugh grade and control group. The comparison between two groups was performed with LSD test. The Pearson correlation test to find the correlations between the ADC values and serum fibrosis markers.Results:Using the ADC values(b=600s/mm2)to evaluate50cases of LC and25control subjects.Compared with control group,the ADC values decreased in all LC groups (P<0.01),and there was statistically difference between A and B, C grade (P<0.05), but no between B and C grade (P>0.05).The ADC values was negatively correlation with IV-C and LN in LC patients(r=-0.597,P<0.01; r=-0.237,P<0.01).Conclusions:The ADC values of MR diffusion-weighted imaging can reliably reflect the degree of cirrhosis. It has a certain significance in the clinical diagnosis and treatment.To combine the ADC values and serum fibrosis markers can develop the accuracy.
