Research purposes:To discuss the changes of serum creatine kinase(CK)and lactate dehydrogenas(eLDH)in physical recovery period andmedical recovery period after skeletal muscle injury in rats with noneload, medium intensity training and great intensity training. To indicatethe microscopic changes with macro index, which provide the theoryevidence for precaution, diagnosis and treatment of skeletal muscle injuryand also offer the rationale for scientific physical exercise.Research Methods: Athletic injury model of rats were set up aftergiving none load, medium intensity training and great intensity trainingfor8weeks(in accordance with the method of field athletic injurymodel’s establishment).each of the three teams of rats was divided intotherapic team and control team, therapic team was given by Yunnanwhite powder aerosol, while the control team was given by normalsodium with the same dose. The blood of rats in the three teams werecollected instantly and at time after1day,4days,7days,10days.The rats was anesthetized by3%continal through intraperitonealinjection.(2~2.5ml per rat).5~10ml of blood was collected throughabdominal aorta and put into the centrifuge tube, centrifugalized with3000r/min after30min~60min’s static dealing. To test the level of CK andLDH by chromatometry in different phases. The results:1.A large load of non-treatment of trained rats immediately after injury and repair of1,4,7,10-day CK levels and LDH quieter controlgroup (P <0.05). Compared with middle-load non-treatment group, theCK value and LDH values of the load of the non-treatment groupimmediately after injury, the first day and four days after the injury werehigher (P <0.05); in the7days after injury CK values and lower LDH to10days loading group, but no significant difference (P>0.05); comparedto non-treatment group and no-load, heavy load of non-therapeutictraining group rats CK, LDH values higher immediately after injury, butno significant difference (P>0.05); of CK values and LDH in injury andrepair of the first four days higher (P <0.05).2, the load of the treated rats skeletal muscle damage after4days to10days, CK levels lower than the load of the non-treatment group (p <0.05);LDH value lower than the load of the non-treatment group in the firstfour days (p <0.05). Compared with the medium-load treatment groupand treatment group and no-load, large load treatment group CK levelsand LDH values higher (p <0.05)4days after injury.3, the load of non-treatment group of rats after skeletal muscle injuryimmediately, one day after the injury, the first4days of serum CK valueand LDH values higher than the quiet control group (P <0.05). Injuryafter7days to10days, serum CK value and LDH values close to thequiet control group, CK levels between the two was no significantdifference (P>0.05).4, load group were non-treatment group instantly and damage recoveryafter skeletal muscle injury1day,4days,7days of serum CK valuehigher than the quiet control group (P <0.05) after injury10days of CKenzyme values close to the quiet control group; serum LDH immediatelyafter injury and after skeletal muscle injury one day, four days higherthan the quiet control group (P <0.05). Compared with thenon-therapeutic training group for medium load, no load group were non-treatment group, CK levels and LDH values higher (p <0.05)immediately after the injury; damage one day to10days the valuealthough the l high but there was no significant difference (P>0.05).5,4days to10days of no-load rats treatment group after skeletal muscleinjury CK levels, and LDH values were lower than the no-load groupwere non-treatment group (p <0.05); higher than the injury days ofmoderate-intensity therapy training group, but no significant difference(P>0.05);7days to10days loading group CK levels and LDH valuesclose to the quiet control group.Conclusions:1. The level of CK and LDH in rats with great load training was higherthan that with medium load training team, which manifested asignificant difference(P<0.01),in another word, the injury of rats withgreat load training was severer than that with medium load trainingteam with a slow natural recovery.2. The level of CK and LDH in rats with no load training was higherthan that with medium load training team, which manifested asignificant difference(P<0.05),in another word, the injury of rats withno load training was severer than that with medium load training teamwith no significant difference in natural recovery.3. The level of CK and LDH in rats with great load training was higherthan that with no load training team, which didn’t manifested asignificant difference. The degree of injury in the two teams werenearly the same. But the natural and medical recovery speed in no loadtraining team was faster than that in great load training team, whichprovided a significant difference(P<0.05).
