Results:(1) The main locations of disease in breast cancer bone metastases were liver, meridian, kidney, spleen and bones.(2) Insthenia syndromes in breast cancer bone metastases, the integrals of syndrome elements were gradually reduced from Qi stagnation to blood stasis to dampness to phlegm. The integral of syndrome element of Qi stagnation was significantly higher than that of blood stasis, dampness and phlegm (P<0.05)(3) Inasthenia syndromes in breast cancer bone metastases, the integrals of syndrome elements were gradually reduced from Qi deficiency to blood deficiency to Yin deficiency to Yang deficiency.(4) the integrals of Yin deficiency syndrome elements of the patients receiving endocrine therapy is significantly higher than that of have not receiving endocrine therapy patients. Conclusion:The main locations of disease in breast cancer bone metastases were liver, meridian, kidney, spleen and bones. Sthenia syndromes were Qi stagnation, blood stasis, dampness, phlegm. Asthenia syndromes were Qi deficiency,blood deficiency,Yin deficiency,Yang deficiency.The main card types were liver depression and qi deficiency and blood deficiency, The less card types were blood stasis blocking collaterals, kidny yin deficiency, spleen deficiency and dampness stagnation and so on.
