| Objective:To study the liver cancer cell arginase-1(Arg-1) expression and clinical pathological characteristics, prognosis of patients (including the relationship between recurrence and survival), thus a hepatocellular carcinoma molecular diagnosis, targeted therapy and prognostic judgement basis. Methods:using immunohistochemical method for detecting hepatocellular carcinoma tissue in Arg-1, P53, CD34, Ki-67, HBsAg expression, using SPSS×2test analysis of the Arg-1expression and clinical pathological features of the connection between the SPSS, Kaplan-Meier survival analysis of Arg-1expression and survival among patients with relationship. Results:the results showed that high expression of Arg-land hepatic cellular cancer invasiveness was negatively correlated with portal vein invasion, was negatively related to (χ2=10.794, df=1, P=0.001), and negatively correlated with microvascular invasion (χ2=4.247, df=1, P=0.039), and TNM staging was negatively related to (χ2=4.992, df=1, P=0.025), and negatively correlated with histological differentiation (χ2=24.155, df=1, P<0.001). Among them, invasion of the portal vein (P=0.024,95%CIl.010-2.321), microvascular invasion (P=0.043,95%CI1.014-3.225), histological differentiation (P=0.001,95%CI2.230-5.934), TNM staging (P=0.001,95%CI1.364-3.401), both for patients with hepatocellular carcinoma and prognostic factors. In addition, the upregulation of HCC Arg-1expression and reduce recurrence, prolong the survival rate of related. Conclusion:the patients with HCC Arg-1may play a role in inhibiting tumor, hopes to become a HCC potential biomarkers. |
