Effects Of Enteral Nutrition Suspension On The Serum Protein、Blood Lipid Levels And Immuno-Function Parameters In Patients With Severe Stroke

Objective:To explore effects of enteral nutrition suspension with different componentson nutritional indices including the Serum Protein, Blood Lipid Levels and Immuno-Function Parameters in patients with critically cerebrovascular diseases．Methods: Our patients who were treated in neurosurgery ICU of the first clinicalhospital which belong to Jilin University during May2011to February2012were assessedfor nutritional risk screening. Those who met the assessment were conducted continuousenteral nutrition Within the24-48hours after their admission for a week at least.A total of28critically ill patients with cerebrovascular diseases who met the standards were divided intotwo groups．We gave the experimental group diason as the enteral nutrition formulal and atthe sametime we gave the control group nutrison. Levels of serum protein and blood lipidsand Immuno-Function Parameters of these patients were studied prospectively．Results:1. Levels of albumin and hemoglobin of the two groups are lower than thebeginning(P<0.05).2.Levels of prealbumin and retinol-binding protein are higher than thebeginning in both groups and levels of retinol-binding become significantly different indiason(P<0.05),and the others have no significantly differents (P>0.05).3.Levels oflymphocyte、C3、C4of the two groups are higher than the beginning(P>0.05), and theybecome significantly different in nutrison (P<0.05).4.After a week of enteral nutrition thelevels of Serum Protein and Immuno-Function Parameters have no significantly differentsbetween the two groups(P>0.05).5. After a week of enteral nutrition the levels of BloodLipid have significantly differents between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion: Continuous pumping both diabetes-special EN formula (diason) andordinary formula EN formulal (nutrison) can improve the levels of Serum Protein andImmuno-Function Parameters. However the levels of Serum Protein and Immuno-FunctionParameters have no significantly differents between the two groups. Compared with diason,nutrison can improve triglyceride metabolism better.
