There are many ways tocause liver damage on animals.CCL4has a strong damage to liver，directly enter intothe liver cells after injecting into the animals，including the change of biochemicalindicators，histopathological changes and abnormal expression of protein through aseries of reactions.The content of the ALT、 AST、AKP is the most commonly used asthe index of reflecting liver function in clinical，they can reflect the degree of liverinjury to a certain extent.α-sma is the most significant character of liver injury，whenfibroblast cells suffer from stimulated，transforming to myofibroblasts，which wilexpress a large number of α-smooth muscle actin.To study the effect of Chinese herbalformula T11on liver injury of CCL4and olive oil-induced on mice，in order to providea theoretical basis for the study of this drug on the treatment of chronic liver disease，molecular mechanisms and clinical applications.Intraperitoneal injection of a mixedsolution containing carbon tetrachloride induced chronic liver fibrosis，cirrhosis，andother liver damage model.Wright’s method was applied to observe the content of ALT、AST、AKP on liver peripheral blood of mice.Applying hematoxylin and eosin stainingto detect the morphological changes.Take Immunohistochemistry and Western-Blot toobserve the expression ofα-sma protein.Through these methods to explore thepharmacodynamics study of Chinese herbal formula T11on treating chronic liverinjury.Through the experiment results，we found the Chinese herbal formula T11couldimproved body weight on mice significantly and improved the content of ALT、AST、 AKP on peripheral blood of mice and improved the pathological changes of liver onmice and significantly reduced the expression of α-sma protein in liver tissuesinificantly.
