The Study Of The AMI Patients Cardiac Function And The Quality Of Living By Using Tong Guan Capsule

Objectives1. To research the therapy effect of Tong Guan capsule combine marrow mesenchymal stem cells transplant on the AMI rat.2. To research the impact of Tong Guan capsule on cardiac function and the quality of living after the PCI.MethodsThe animal experiment:At first I build the AMI model, use the way that Ligature the left coronary artery on40healthy Sprague-Dawley(Weight:200±20). Afterward40of them were surviving after the man-made AMI. These Sprague-Dawley is divided randomly into2groups. Group1(Stem Cells and Tong Guan Capsule treatment):24hours after the AMI preparation, the stem cells were injected in the rat’s caudal vein, and then each of them was given Tong Guan capsule2#per day. Group2(Stem cells treatment):24hours after the AMI preparation, the stem cells were injected in the rat’s caudal vein, and then each of them was given pure water instead of Tong Guan Capsule. Clinical experiment:60AMI sufferer were divided into the testing group and the control group. The control group was given conventional medicine and interventional therapy. The testing group was given the same therapy as the same way, in addition, it still was given Tong Guan capsule last for3month (daily dosage3#tid). And we use the UCG’s indicator including LVDD、LVSD、IVS、PWT、Tei index and the SAQ scale, to evaluate the AMI patients’cardiac function and the quality of life after the PCI therapy. Then completed the comparison among groups.Result Compared with Patients’indexes correlation on TCM clinical syndromes in two groups after treatment with before treatment, the trial group’s general efficiency rate is93%, the control group’s general efficiency rate is81%, TCM clinic syndromes have been obviously improved, which exists notable statistics sense(P<0.05). Tong Guan Capsule can improves symptoms in the Patients’indexes correlation on LVEF、NYHA heart funetion index in two groups’after treatment with before treatment, it can be improved (P<0.01or P<0.05). Respectively compare patients’indexes correlation on the quality of life.ConclusionThe clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine in curing PCOS have to be further support by high-quality clinical trials.
