| ObjectivesTo objectively assess the clinical efficacy and safety of GuiZhiShaoYaoZhiMu decoction, and to explore more effective therapy for the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.MethodsIn accordance with the prospective, stochastic and control principles,I chose60patients with Syndrome of cold-dampness stasis diabetic peripheral neuropathy and divided them into experimental and control groups of30cases each. Besides the diabetic basal treatment,the experimental group was given the decoction of GuiZhiShaoYaoZhiMu, while the control group was given the oral Methycobal. Then, the patients were observed before treatment and after4weeks,8weeks,12weeks with symptom score and Toronto score changes after treatment to assess the overall efficacy.ResultThe research of this subject:1)to improve the TCM syndromes:GSZ decoction for treatment of patients with limb numbness, pain, cold and other symptoms showed significant improvement, the effective rate of83.3%, higher than the control group(P<0.05). Through the establishment of the repeated measure analysis of variance model, the results suggest that the TCM syndrome score in a downward trend over time. At different points of TCM syndrome score determination that there are differences between the groups. The profile analysis line chartspoint trend was nonlinear, TCM syndrome score after at baseline, eight weeks before the downward trend in steep, eight weeks after the change trend of moderating. It prompted the experimental group can rapidly and effectively ease the symptoms of DPN.2)the improvement of neurological signs:Toronto score,the effective rate was80%, suggesting that the GSZ decoction can also improve the patient for signs of DPN,and there were significant differences with the control group (P<0.05).ConelusionFrom preliminary clinical studies, the GSZ decoction can significantly improve the syndrome of cold-dampness stasis diabetic peripheral neuropathy in patients with limb numbness, pain, body cold symptoms and signs. The GSZ decoction has no significant adverse reactions, and have some therapeutic effect on diabetic peripheral neuropathy.lt’s worth further study. |
