| Objectiveby prospective clinical controlled study, This topic is to observe the change of immunologic function and quality of life with Extremely high frequency wave in cancer patients treated with chemotherapy。MethodsMethod Cohort study was used and set up the Inclusion criteria, exclusive criteria and Shedding standard strictly, observe40cases in oncology of the No.1Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Uni. of Traditional Chinese Medicine, who treated with chemotherapy,20of them will just be treated with chemotherapy when the others are irradiated by high frequency wave, before the chemotherapy starts, both group will be survey the KPS and the quality of life, examine the haemanalysis, T lymphocyte subset, NK cell, B cell, sever days later, all patients will be survey the KPS and the quality of life, examine the haemanalysis. Before the next chemotherapy starts, patients will be examined the T lymphocyte subset, NK cell, B cell.Resultswhen the chemotherapy ends, the level of WBC and NEU in the cancer patients treated with Extremely high frequency wave compare with the control group, there was remarkably difference between t hem (P<0.05) but for RBCã€HGB and PLT, there was no difference between t hem (P>0.05). The treatment group fore-and-aft contrast is remarkably difference between t hem (P<0.05), but for RBCã€HGB and PLT, there was no difference between them (P>0.05).Before and after the chemotherapy, neither the experimental group or the control group, for the T lymphocyte subset, NK cell, B cell, there was no difference between them (P>0.05). Both experimental group and the control group, to improve the KPS was no difference between them. After the chemotherapy, the QL2, RF2, EF of the experimental group compared to pretherapy, there was remarkably difference between t hem (P<0.05), but for PF2, CF, SF, there was no difference between them (P>0.05), the symptomatic area, scores all came dowm, SLã€APã€FAã€NV compared to pretherapy, there was remarkably difference between t hem (P<0.05), but for PAã€DYã€COã€DI, there was no difference between them (P>0.05).after7days, most of data between the experimental group and the control group was no difference between them,but FA NV SL in experimental group compared to the control group, there was remarkably difference between t hem (P<0.05).ConclusionCoordinate with Extremely high frequency wave can increase the quantity of WBC and NEU, but it in improving immune function and KPS of patients subject to chemotherapy has no apparent role, otherway, Extremely high frequency wave can improve the quality of life, and reduce fatigue, nausea and vomiting caused and sleep disorders by chemotherapy. |
