| Objective:To explore the changes of serum cystatin c in patients with coronary heart disease and cerebral infarction, and the relevance between them.Methods:Selected114healthy people who came from physical examination center between August2011and January2012as control group (group A), then singled out106people who was diagnosed with coronary heart disease (group B) and110people who was diagnosed with cerebral infarction (group C) as studying team, collected their clinical data, compared the concentration of Cys C, BUN, CREA, BMG, UA in blood serum of these three groups retrospectively, observed if there were some differences in them and did correlation analysis and regression analysis at the same time.Results:1. By statistical analysis, there was no difference in age and sex in group Aã€B and C. and they could be compared.2. Compared the serum Cys C (F=7.431, P=0.001), CREA (F=3.835, P=0.023), BMG (F=3.264, P=0.039) in these groups, statistical significance could be found;but there was no meaningful variance in the serum BUN and UA (P>0.05).3. Compared with the control group A, the level of Cys C was higher in group B and group C (P<0.01), but there was no significant difference between group B and C.4. Contrasted with group A, the serum of CREA and BMG in group B were all increased significantly (P<0.05或0.01), however there was no pregnant increase in group C; the serum of CREA and BMG were both alike in group B and C.5. Took the whole group or group C (the group of cerebral infarction) as research object, Cys C was correlated positively with Age, CREA, BMG, UA; in group B (the group of coronary heart disease), Cys C was correlated positively with CREA, BMG and UA, but age was uncorrelated. According to the correlation coefficient, the relevancy between Cys C and CREA〠BMG were stronger than UA.6. Following-up the application of Logistic regression analysis, it can be found that higher level of Cys C was a risk factor of coronary heart disease and cerebral infarction.Conclusions1. Serum Cys C is obviously increased in patients with coronary heart disease and cerebral infarction, as a sensitive index which can evaluate early renal damage, it can prompt that people with coronary heart disease and cerebral infarction have had mild kidney damage;2. Serum Cys C is correlated positively with CREA, BMG, UA, and has stronger relevancy with CREA and BMG;3. The increasing of serum Cys C is a risk factor of people with coronary heart disease or cerebral infarction. Monitor the changing of the lever of serum Cys C which can be a reflection of kidney function may prompts the paroxysm of coronary heart disease and cerebral infarction indirectly. |
