Objective: To watch the effects of parecoxib sodium preemptive analgesia on serum IL-6and IL-10in Hip replacement patients. Methods: Sixty ASAⅠⅢpatients scheduled for hip replacement under spinal anesthesia wereallocated three group; experimental group(parecoxib)(group B1、B2) and control group(saline)(group A),each group had20cases. group B1parecoxib sodium40mg was injected via veinroute15minutes before surgery,in group B2parecoxib sodium20mg was injected via vein route15minutes before surgery, Normal saline4ml was intravenously administered15minutes beforesurgery in group A, Three groups of patients respectively in preoperative (T1), after the surgery(T2) and postoperative6h (T3) and postoperative24h (T4) extraction venous blood, blood is notaccomplished into anticoagulant tubes, centrifugal, take the upper serum, being kept in therefrigerator. A quantitative ELISA clip method (ELISA clip method) was serum IL-6and IL-10content. visual analogue scale(VAS) were measured at2h、4h、6h、12h and24h after the end ofsurgery. Postoperative patients using vein analgesic pump, record the use of analgesics and pressthe number. Observe the patient of postoperative nausea and vomiting, diarrhea, fever, lethargy,Itchy skin and other adverse reaction. Results: Compared with group A, group B1,B2in T2, T3, T4each time point reduce the level ofserum IL-6, group B1was significantly lower than that in group B2. Compared with group A,group B1, B2time T2, T3, T4, elevated serum IL-10level, group B1was significantly higher thanthat in group B2.The difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).VAS had significantdifference at the end of surgery and postoperative2h、4h and6h in group B1and group B2whencompared with group A(p﹤0.05). Three groups of postoperative6h,12h analgesic pump pressnumber group B1, B2are less than group A, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05),and group B1compared with group B2, are statistically significant difference (P <0.05).24hafter sufentanil total amount group B1, B2are less than group A, the difference was statisticallysignificant (P <0.05), and group B1compared with group B2, are statistically significantdifference (P <0.05). Postoperative adverse reactions such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, fever, sleepiness and Itchy skin similar happened, comparative differences between groups wasstatistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion: Hip replacement in advance before to come from parecoxib sodium can producegood advance analgesic effects, and can reduce IL-6release, promote IL-10synthesis, thusinhibiting excessive inflammatory reaction, reduce the sensitivity of the nervous system, improve the quality of postoperative analgesia, beneficial to the recovery of the body.
