The related factors for analysis of ventricular arrhythmia in young patients with acute myocardial infarctionObjective:Arrhythmia is life-threatening complications in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI), and ventricular arrhythmia (VA) is a common cause of death.Early in the judgment and treatment can improve the prognosis of patients. This paper mainly analyzes the related factors of ventricular arrhythmia in young patients with first acute myocardial infarction.Methods:All87young patients diagnosised with first acute myocardial infarction in First Hospital of Jinlin University were admitted into from January,2010to December,2011, at the age of18to45years old. According to whether ventricular arrhythmia happens or not within24hours,patients were divided into ventricular arrhythmias group and the non-ventricular arrhythmia group, namely group A and B group, compared the relationship between each index and entricular arrhythmias in the two groups.Results:(1) There were no significant differences in Patients’characte-ristics between these two groups (P>0.05).(2) There were significant diffe-rences in white cell and blood neutrophils between these two groups(P<0.05).(3) There were significant differences in initial serum glucose leve, potassium and CRP between these two groups (P<0.05).(4) The logistic regression analysis found that higher white blood cell (WBC) count and initial serum glucose level were associated with an increased risk of VA occurrence.(5)The ROC curves analysis, the area under the curve of white blood cells and blood sugar which prediction the VA incidence of AMI respectively0.878(95%[CI],0.757-0.999) and0.873(95%[CI],0.797-0.950). The best cwere13.15×109/L and8.50mmol/LConclusions:(1)Young patients occurred ventricular arrhythmias, are more likely to have the rise of white blood cells, neutrophils absolute value, C RP, initial serum glucose level and the reduce of potassium.(2) White blood cells and the initial serum glucose level have predictive value of VA in young patients with first AMI.(3) When the white blood cells>13.15x109/L, and initial serum glucose level>8.50mmol/L,the risk of VA occurrence in increased.(4)Rise of the white blood cells and initial serum glucose in combination with other clinical index, could help predict the occurrence of ventricular arrhythm-ias after AMI in young patients.
