Objective: According to the experiment research, Observe the impact of different dosesof NXKKFY Ⅱ onexperimental myocardial ischemia injury, Investigate the treatment andprotect function of NXKKFYⅡ on myocardial ischemia, For theclinical treatment ofmyocardial ischemia, Provide the new methods and a reliable theoretical basis. Methods: The Wistar Rats were randomly divided into normal control group, negativecontrol group (myocardial ischemia model group), positive control group (compoundDanshen dripping group), low-dose group of NXKKFYⅡ, midst-dose group of NXKKFYⅡand high-dose group of NXKKFYⅡ. Adaptive feeding for one week, preventive intragastricadministration for20days, then to give the abdominal of rats and after the injection of PITcopy myocardial ischemia model, two times in a row, has interval24hours. Observed theVariation of T-wave and J-point of ECG, and determine the active of ATP-ase(Na+-K+-ATPase、Ca2+Mg2+-ATPase) in Myocardial Tissue, and determine the active of CATin Serum. To staining of Myocardial Tissue, and observe the change of Myocardial TissuePathology. Results: NXKKFY Ⅱ can markedly diminished the rise of T-wave and J point;According to detecting the Biochemical indicators of rats, we can found high-dose group ofNXKKFY Ⅱ can protect the active of ATP-ase clearly; NXKKFY Ⅱcan increase the activeof CAT in Myocardial Tissue; Myocardial Tissue Pathology results showed that NXKKFYⅡcan decrease the myocardial ischemia injury of rats, among them, which high-dose group ofNXKKFY Ⅱhave the most obvious effect. Conclusion: NXKKFY Ⅱ can markedly diminished the rise of T-wave and J point, andprotect the active of ATP-ase, and increase the active of CAT, and it can decrease themyocardial ischemia injury of rats.
