Abstract: NK/T-cell lymphoma, commonly has a poor prognosis andoutcome. This article aims to assess the level of Ki-67expression on theprognosis of NK/T-cell lymphoma. We retrospective analyzed of72cases withNK/T-cell lymphoma, including internodal and extranodal types. We detailedrecord of their clinical manifestations and laboratory test results, includinggender, age, IPI, clinical stage, Ki-67expression and so on. The factors thathave relationship with the patients’ OS was the age≥60years old(P=0.003)、late clinical stage(P=0.002)、B symptom(P=0.003)、high Ki-67level(P=0.001)、low ALC (P=0.001),The factors that have relationship with the patients’ PFSwas late clinical stage(P=0.002) and high Ki-67level(P=0.042). Patients withlow Ki-67level had a mid-OS as39months(95%Cl,16.52~61.47), and thepatients with high Ki-67expression had a mid-OS as12months(95%Cl,10.18~13.81)。Patients with low Ki-67expression is longer in the OS and PFS,and higher in1-year,3-year,5-year survival rate, prognosis is better. Conclusions:Age, clinical stage, Ki-67expression level, B symptom andthe ALC was associated with OS in patients who diagnosed as NK/T-celllymphoma. Patients with low Ki-67expression will have a better prognosis, and this prognostic model may become a useful tool for predicting prognosis inpatients with NK/T-cell lymphoma.
