Expression And Significance By Annexinâ…¡in The Bronchoalveolar Lavage Fluid And Pleural Effusion

Objective:To investigate the clinical value of early diagnosis of lung cancer and the expression of Annexin â…¡ in pleural effusion and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BLAF).Methods:Random sample of60cases with pathologically confirmed lung cancer with pleural effusion,pleural effusion and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid as the experimental group;60cases of tuberculous exudative pleurisy in patients with pleural effusion and lavage fluid for the control group.Annexin â…¡ were determined in two groups by ELISA,the rusults were analyzed with statisticalm ethods.Results:The levels of Annexin â…¡ in lung cancer patients with pleural effusion and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid were significantly higher than the control group,a statistically significant difference (P<0.01).The sensitivity of single Annexin II measurement in the lavage fluid sensitivity of91%,88%in the pleural effusion.Conclusion:Detection of Annexin â…¡ in pleural effusion are useful in diagnosing of benign and malignant effusion,The content of Annexin â…¡ in BALF are higher than those in pleural effusion,and the sensitivity were higher,so combining measurement in BALF can improve the early diagnosis of lung cancer.
