Nvestigation On The Chinese Medicine Syndromes And Treatment About Systemic Lupus Erythematosus

ObjectiveRelated journal articles published in recent15years were involved to be analyzed. Through this study, Chinese medicine syndromes of systemic lupus erythematosus and the practice of using chinese herbs to treat the disease were expected, and the syndromes and treatment of chinese medicine of systemic lupus erythematosus were investigated. Finally, this study tries to provide evidence-based data to support the guidance of its diagnosis and treatment.MethodsJournal articles about systemic lupus erythematosus intervened by using traditional Chinese medicine in past15years were retrieved, through searching the Chinese Scientific Journals Database. Searching strategies were implemented, and532articles were founded. According to both the inclusion and exclusion criteria,70journal articles were selected. Data were collected and standarized based on the defined schema. Access, Excel and SPSS ver12.0were used to store, analyze and mine data collected correspondingly.ResultsAccording to both the inclusion and exclusion criteria,70journal articles were selected.290items including61kinds of Chinese medical syndrome were recorded. And the most in the collection involve excessive noxious heat, PiShen yang-deficiency, Qi Yin-deficiency, GanShen Yin-deficiency, Yin deficiency heat. Heat, Yin-deficiency, Qi-deficiency, Noxious, Yan-deficiency, Blood-stasis, Shi, QiZhi are the main Syndrome factor in the15categories. Gan, Pi, Shen are the Mainly involving Zangfu.18curing efficacy, YangYin, QingRe, HuaYu, YiQi, JieDu, LiangXue, WenYang, LiShui etc are common use.258herbs were mentioned3299times, which can be categorized by efficacy of the herbs into20groups, and into38groups more detail. Herbs with efficacy of QingRe, BuXv, HuoXueHuaYu, and LiShuiShenShi, were used most frequently, Cluster analysis showed a total of four categories,35Commonly and closely related to herbs, consisting of ShengDiHuang, MuDanPi, ZhiMu, BaiHuaSheSheCao, ChiShao, QinHao, ZaoXiu, HuangBai, ShiGao, ShuiNiuJiao, ZiCao, JinYinHua, HuangQin, XuanShen, FuLin, ZeXie, BaiZhu, ShanZhuYu, GanCao, HuangQi, ShanYao, MaiDong, GouQiZi, FuZi, MouHanLian, BaiShao, DangSheng, ShuDiHuang, NvZhenZi, DangGui, HongHua, JiXueTeng, YiMuCao, DanShen etc.ConclusionThere were no consensuses on Chinese medicine criteria about diagnosis and treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus in recent15years. But there is still similarity. Excessive noxious heat, PiShen yang-deficiency, Qi Yin-deficiency, GanShen Yin-deficiency, Yin deficiency heat are the Mainly Chinese medical syndrome. Blood-stasis syndrome is frequently along with it. Toxic heats, deficiency, Blood-stasis were key syndrome elements appearing through the entire courses of disease. ShuiShi, QiZhi accompany very often. Deficiency-excess Mixing syndromes predominated among the chinese medical syndrome of the disease. Gan, Pi, Shen are the Mainly involving. To cure systemic lupus erythematosus, QinReJieDu, BuXv, LiShuiShenShi and HuoXueHuaYu were the major pricipals.
