Research In Intervention Effect Of Optimized Yinxieling On Treating Blood Stasis Syndrome Of Psoriasis Vulgar Is Based On Metabolomics Of Urine

Background:Chronic plaque psoriasis, or psoriasis vulgaris, is a chronic inflammatory skin disease characterized by well demarcated, erythematous, scaly plaques on the extensor surfaces of the body and scalp. Oriasis is a disorder with a relatively high prevalence in the general population mainly as a result of its chronicity and the absence of a cure. The strategy of metabonomies coincides with TCM theory and may play an important role in the modern study of TCM.Objective:In this study a metabolomic approach is employed for investigation of Blood Stasis syndrome of psoriasis vulgaris, and the therapeutic and metabolomic effects of Optimized Yinxieling.Methods:From Feb.2011to Feb.2012,41patients with Blood Stasis Syndrome of psoriasis in outpatient dermatological clinic of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Guangdong Province were observed. Observes the clinical curative effects which dialectical of orally Optimized Yinxieling treating for12weeks. Fasting urinary of patients was obtained to metabolomics analysis every4weeks.Results:The scores of PASI decreased after12weeks Optimized Yinxieling treating. Metabolomics can differentiate the healthy people and Blood Stasis syndrome of psoriasis patients. The time-dependent metabolic variations was visualized in healthy group and treatment group and revealed effective of Optimized Yinxieling. The expression levels of5,6-Dihydroxyprostaglandin Fla、 20-Carboxyleukotriene B4、 epigallocatechin sulfate、4-Hydroxybutyric acid change much related to the psoriasis. The results showed that the metabonomies strategy can be potentially appied to coronary psoriasis diagnosis or classification or effects evaluation.Conclusion:Metabolomic method for urinary metabolic fingerprinting of Blood Stasis Syndrome of Psoriasis Vulgar was established. The effect of Optimized Yinxieling was investigated using metabonomic study.
