Clinical Study On Treatment Of Spleen-Yang Deficiency In Diarrhea-predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome With Warming Middle-Jiao And Filling Weakness Method

Objective:To observe the effect of Lizhong decoction treating IBS-D of spleen-Yang deficiency syndrome with warming middle-Jiao and filling weakness method.Methods:In theoretical study part, the author summarized IBS-D from the following aspects:the name, the etiology and pathogenesis, the syndrome differentiation, the experiment studies, and the pathogenesis and the improvement of treating method in the opinion of modern medicine. In clinical study part,60patients who were diagnosed with IBS-D were randomly divided into two groups,30cases in treatment group treated with Lizhong decoction and30cases in control group treated with bifid triple viable capsule.To observe and analysis the syndrome integral,clinical effect and the quality of life preceding and after treatment by filling questionnaire survey.Results:The syndrome integral of two groups after treatment showed significant difference (P<0.05), which in treatment group was lower than that in control group, it showed TCM had certain therapeutic effect on the syndrome improvement. The clinical effect of two groups after treatment showed significant difference (P<0.05), the function of treatment group was obviously better than that of control group. After treatment, the integral of DP,SR,HW, FA,RS in treatment group had made a remarkable improvement(P<0.05), and HW, FA were significantly improved in control group, treatment group was better than control group in improving DR and SR.Conclution:Warming middle-Jiao and filling weakness method had a good clinical effect on the therapy of IBS-D of spleen-Yang deficiency syndrome, which can improve the quality of life.
