Ebastine Combined With Total Glucosides Of Peony In Treatment Of Artificial Urticaria Blood-deficiency Wind-attack Syndrome

Objective:artificial urticaria is a common disease, frequently-occurring disease, tutor using ebastine (kestine) combined with total glucosides of peony in treatment of artificial urticaria blood-deficiency wind-attack syndrome received a better effect, to explore the issues of the clinical curative effect and relapse, so this method is widely used in the clinic to provide theoretical support and for further study to prepare.Methods:90cases of blood-deficiency wind-attack pattern artificial urticaria patients were divided into three groups. The treatment group of30patients given total glucosides of peony combined with Ebastine; in control group1,30cases, given a simple ebastine for the treatment of30cases of the control group2; self urticarial decoction combined with Ebastine in treatment of. Curative effect observation of the three groups were observed, the time for4weeks. In three groups were observed before and after treatment of itching, wheal wheal wheal size, number, seizure frequency, duration and total score of wheal and its efficacy index and adverse reactions, the recurrence rate etc. Combined with physician ratings and patient self-evaluation two conclusions.Results:three groups of patients with age, duration of illness in comparison, there were no significant differences, with comparable.(1) the treatment group total effective rate was90%, in control group1, the efficacy rate was50%, in control group2, the efficacy rate was83.33%. The three group1months clinical curative effect, the treatment group and the control group1of the total symptom after treatment than before treatment showed a decrease, with significant difference (P<0.05); the treatment group and the control group2after treatment than before treatment the symptom scores decreased, with significant difference (P<0.05); the treatment group and the control group2was better than the control group1. the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:the total glucosides of peony combined with Ebastine in treatment of artificial urticaria blood-deficiency wind-attack syndrome and effective prescriptions, its curative effect in the near future basically equivalent to Ebastine Combined self urticarial party, and have better control and prevention of recurrence of effect.
