Purpose: The subject of the use of self-recognition tool for cognitive impairment threemonths after the stroke patients be screened on cognitive function of stroke within threemonths after the preliminary understanding of the cognitive impairment in stroke incidenceand its riskfactors provide the basis for early identification of vascular mild cognitiveimpairment (MVCI)..Method: Adoption of internationally accepted intelligent Mental State Examination(MMSE) and Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale (MoCA) as a screening tool, theencephalopathy in the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional ChineseMedicine between January2010---December2011outpatients after a stroke within threemonths of318patients with cognitive function screening groups according to their score isdivided into cognitive impairment, vascular mild cognitive impairment group, vascular milddementia group, to analyze the riskfactors, while the TCM symptoms of vascular mildcognitive impairment group.Result:318cases of patients with no cognitive impairment group150cases, accountingfor the screening of the total number of47.169%; vascular mild cognitive impairment group122cases, accounting for38.365%of the total number of screening;46cases of vascular milddementia group.screening of14.465%of the total number of patients with cognitiveimpairment after stroke,168cases, the total number of52.830%. Chi-square analysis on thegender of the3groups (P>0.05), no significant difference between the three groups ofpatients age analysis of variance, P=0.001<0.05. Showed that the statistically significant agedifference between the three groups of patients. Level of education, three groups of patients, the risk factors the chi-square analysis, P <0.05, indicating a significant difference, vascularmild cognitive impairment group analysis of TCM symptoms, lack of marrow, phlegmawakened card hyperactivity cards, stasis brain network card is the most common. Syndromesin the distribution of the percentage of detail. Conclusion:Cognitive impairment can occur after the majority of stroke patients, soearly identification of the vasogenic patients with risk factors, screening for cognitiveimpairment, early comprehensive intervention is necessary. Syndrome distribution, lack of marrow phlegm awakened card, hyperactivity permit, stasis brain network card is vascularmild cognitive impairment syndromes performance.
