The Sutdy On The Gene Tests Service Actuality And Countermeasure Of Third-level Hospitals In Hangzhou

Objectives:By investigating the gene tests service actuality of third-level hospitals in Hangzhou,we try to find out the problem to influence the gene tests service.We try to provide some suggestions and strategy for third-level hospital.Methods:We use the method of general investigation and give out questionnaire,and interview.The questionnaire includes department basic situation,gene tests service actuality and clinical laboratory chief’s cognition about gene tests service;The interview includes test items, inspection reports, service target and cognition about difficulty.Results:17third-level hospitals has established genetic diagnosis laboratory in Hangzhou; The feature of employed persons of genetic testing.staff under45mostly,medical laboratory science mostly,primary and intermediate title mostly; Business, project, training and scientific research and so on are different from hospital to hospital;The development of the services is restricted to the policies and regulations. The patient participate in testing, small in number.Conclusions:①The third-level hospitals in Hangzhou have strength at the moment.The strength includes relatively standard service, high proportion of independent testing, more genetic testing of microorganism.②Problems also exist in gene tests service. The problem includes uneven development, missing specialists, incomplete testing item and equipment, obstructed policy and so on. Therefore,efforts should be made in the following aspects.Focusing on support general hospital’s gene tests service;Strengthen staff construction;Social resources must be utilized in a rational way; We should implement and perfect relevant policies and regulations of genetic testing Insist on government guidance and complete the organization.③Be based on low demand of patients, we should spread gene knowledge, the ideas of the genetic testing became deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.
