| Porpose:To investigate the effectiveness of using the intra oxygen injection group tohave the LR of USH.Methods:32models,well-health long ears adult Newzeland rabbits without sexlimited,of USH were made by arteria femoralis bloodletting. The first,we divided theminto four groups(n=8):NC (normal control),NRC(nonresuscitation control),LRS(lactatedringer’s solution),IOI(intra oxygen injection).Second,we took LR to them60min withdifferent fluid,then ligated the arteria femoralis and have them active resuscitation(MAP=80mmHg)120min with the self-blood plus LRS Third,we observed them180min after stopping fluid requirement. Recorded the physical signs (blood pressure)of duration of resuscitation (0,30,90,210,390min) and made the capilary of arteriafemoralis to check each index (SOD, MDA,liver and kidney function,blood routine,blood gase nanlysis,lactic acid and so on). At the time of390min,we took the tissuesample on the same part of the rabbits’ hepatic and caculated the volume of uncontrolledhemorrhagis,fluid requirment and mortality.Results:NC group,all data best,the worst indicators NRC group.Compared with theLRS group, IOI group in a short time, shock in rabbits significantly increased meanarterial pressure, less liquid to fill the gap, arterial blood oxygen pressure (PaO2) weresignificantly increased, arterial pH, base excess (BE), arterial carbon dioxide pressure(PaCO2) were measured to contain the downward trend, less lactate production, reducedactive bleeding, blood hematocrit decline slowly, SOD increased, while MDAdecreased.IOI Group’s liver and kidney in shock in rabbits pathological results werebetter than the LRS group.Conclution: On the condition of USH,having the LR to models could keep thehemodynamics steady effective and long-term with the intra oxygen injection group.Itcan correct the shortage of oxygen,improve micro circulation,reduse blood loss evidently,derease the mortality and the early resuscitation fluid requriment.It will behelpful for the late treatment. |
