Objective To study the clinical features, diagnosis and confirmed method of the adrenal hyperplastic hypertension.Methods438hypertensives all took the CT examnation in adrenal, Based on the CT result, the patients were divided into hypertension with adrenal hyperplasis (n=60) and without adrenal hyperplasis (n=50). All took the examinations, routine blood and electrolyte inspection,24h urine electrolyte examination, cortisol, aldosterone, angiotensin â…¡, renin activity examination, etc laboratory biochemical examination and postoperative pathologic examination. Results This group contain60patients, patients of over50account29, imaging examinations, positive detection rate from low to high in order as B Ultrasound, CT, MRI, positive detection rate of MRI96.7%, accuracy93.3%, inspection results show that simply left hyperplasia accounts for86.7%, the blood electrolyte examination show low potassium, urinary electrolyte examination show urinary potassium increased, patients of COR increased accounted for40%, patients of ALD increased accounted for58.3%, pathological examination results showe that cortical hyperplasia account for55%, medulla hyperplasia account for23.3, medullary hyperplasia accounte for21.7%.Conclusion Adrenal hyperplasia hypertension patients with age increasing, the incidence of it higher, adrenal hyperplasia main display as left adrenal hyperplasia, classify into cortex and medulla, medullary hyperplasia; its adrenal hyperplasia may lead to independent secreting function enhanced, and lead to disorder of salt and water metabolism, that affect the potassium level and the adjustment of blood pressure, the clinical manifestations are the low potassium and high blood pressure, low potassium of adrenal hyperplastic hypertension patients have no correlation to blood sugar.
