The Effect Observation Of Electroacupuncture To Stimulate The Meridian Sinew Nodal Point Combined With Rehabilitation Therapy On Treating Shoulder Joint Subluxation After Strokr

Objective:To observe the effect of electro-acupuncture to stimulate the meridian sinew nodal point combined with rehabilitation technique on treating shoulder joint subluxation after stroke.Methods:62patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, every group includes31patients. The treatment group was treated with electro-acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy, control group were treated with rehabilitation therapy alone. Daily1time, six times are one course of treatment, six times rest1, there are two courses of treatment. Two groups before and after the treatment were evaluated by ache score, mobility of shoulder joint, the value of AHI and curative efficacy.Results:The results of two groups showed that not only treatment group but also control group can get satisfactory therapeutic efficacy in the treatment of subluxation after stroke, but the efficacy of treatment group was obviously better than control group. It was statistical different between2groups in total efficacy, The efficacy of the treatment group to relieve the ache of subluxation after stroke and improve the motor function and mobility of shoulder joints and decrease the value of AHI was obviously better than the one of control group.Conclusions:The method of electro-acupuncture to stimulate the meridian sinew nodal combined with rehabilitation technique have active treatment to the ache of subluxation after stroke and improve the motor function and mobility of shoulder joints and reduce the value of AHI. The effect was obviously improved by the treatment group and that was better than control group.
