Electric Triple Needling Acupuncture Therapy After Stroke Improves The Knee Joint Function Of Acupoint Specificity

Objective:For its lower extremity function in patients with hemiplegia after stroke problem of barriers is difficult to recover, in the objective evaluation based on surface electromyography study on effects of different acupuncture on functional recovery of knee joint in patients with, to optimize the treatment programmes, improving clinical efficacy.Methods:Selection of40cases of cerebral apoplexy patients met the inclusion criteria, randomly divided into two groups, general rehabilitation on the basis of combined with electro-acupuncture treatment, two times per day, for30days.The control group selected Huantiao,Biguan,Futu,Fengshi,the treatment group selected Biguan,Liangqiu,Fengshi,Chengfu,Yinmen.Two groups are used together thorn method of Electric triple needling acupuncture therapy, namely in the chosen point first straight needle thorn, the second needle and the third in the distance of the first oblique acupuncture needle up and down the1～1.5-inch, about a45°angle with the first," three point one line ", note by deep puncture of qi. The control group choose intermittent wave; the treatment group with the robot research institute of Harbin Institute of Technology cooperation in the development of flexor and extensor alternating stimulation instrument, choose intermittent wave.Stimulus intensity to tolerance is visible to the naked eye in patients with significant degrees of muscle contraction, treatment for30minutes at a time.Gathering patients before and after treatment of surface electromyography (sEMG), the root mean square value (RMS), the Fugl-Meyer scale (lower limbs), Barthel ADL index as indicators of evaluation of clinical judgment.Results:1、Two groups of patients after treatment of Rectus Femoris muscle and Vastus lateralis muscle, Vastus muscle, Shares biceps sEMG RMS are significant differences than before treatment (P<0.01), and RMS differences of treatment group compared with the control group significant difference (P<0.01), the treatment group than the control group. 2、Two groups of patients after treatment of Fugl-Meyer scale (lower limbs), Barthel ADL index score than before treatment had significant differences (P<0.01), and Fugl-Meyer treatment group scale (lower limbs), Barthel ADL index score difference compared with the control group significant difference (P<0.01), the treatment group than the control group.3、Two groups of patients with neural function defect score after treatment than before treatment had significant differences (P<0.01), and treat groups suffering from neurological difference scores than the control group significant difference (P<0.01), the treatment group than the control group, total effective rate of90%treatment group, significantly higher than the control group.Conclusion:1、Electric triple needling acupuncture therapy by improving the control ability,can increase lower extremity motor function and activities of daily living, on the recovery effect knee joint function after stroke.2、Different parts of acupuncture on knee joint function improved to varying degrees. Electric Triple needling acupuncture therapy of Biguan, Liangqiu, Xuehai,Fengshi situated clinical study the best treatment.
