| Objective:Observe the clinical effect of Shenshitong Pills on the disease of Renal Calculi,discusses the mechanism through clinical observation,in order to explore new ways of the treatment for this disease.Methods:the cases were selected from Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine First Affiliated Hospital of Urologic Surgery Clinic.Selected the complete data, a total of60patients and divided them into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was given Shenshitong Pills,and Jingshiling Capsules for the control group.Both groups were treated for28days.Statistical analysis:measurement data was performed by SPSS for windows17.0software,enumeration data was carried out by a chi-square test,the two groups of material controls were carried out by Student’s t text.Result:1.After a course of antibiotics, the total effective rate in the treatment group was83.33%,and66.67%in the control group.The comparison of two groups of curative effect showed significant differences (P<0.05),The treatment group was superior to control group in effective rate;2.The comparison of two groups of TCM symptoms score showed significant differences.Conclusion:1.Shenshitong Pills in the treatment of renal calculi ensure total effective rate was83.33%;2.Shenshitong Pills can significantly change the clinical symptoms score;3.The results demonstrated that:Shenshitong Pills has the superiority of adjusting the human body as a whole.It can prevent renal calculi,relieve pain symptoms and increase urine column drain stone.It can also resolve stone. |
