An integrated model of clinical nurses’professional career and growth management through the implementation of the intervention group, nurse turnover rate of the intervention group compared with the control group were significantly lower (P<0.05).2.Integrated model of clinical nurses’professional career and growth management through the implementation of the intervention group, intervention group nursing examinations than the control group significantly increased (P<0.05).3.Integrated model of clinical nurses’ professional career and growth management through the implementation of the intervention group, intervention group nurses overall job satisfaction levels than the control group significantly increased (P<0.05).4.Integrated model of clinical nurses’ professional career and growth management through the implementation of the intervention group, the intervention team of nurses, the level of emotional commitment than in the control group significantly increased (P<0.05).5.Integrated model of clinical nurses’ professional career and growth management through the implementation of the intervention group, intervention group nurses care services, patient satisfaction levels than the control group significantly increased (P<0.05).Conclusions1.
