Study On Traditional Chinese Medical Syndrome Of Precancerous Lesions Of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

Objective： Through investigation methods of clinic epidemiology,to study thetraditional Chinese medical(TCM for short) syndrome of precancerous lesions of ChronicAtrophic Gastritis(CAG for short),so as to guide the practice,improve the clinical efficacyand the treatment level. Methods：Collect the clinical and endoscopic data of156patientswith precancerous lesions of CAG,introduce “GastroscoPic signs” into the syndromedifferentiation of TCM,summarize the collected data, and make statistical analysis bychi-square test and factor analysis. Results：Through the statistics by factor analysis,theresult shows that the156subjects who is in the course of precancerous lesions of CAGexist six patterns,they are Pi-wei-xu-ruo， with Shen-qi-bu zu， Qi-zhi-xu-yu,Pi-wei-qi-zhi,Gan-qi-yu-jie,Gan-huo-wang-cheng,Gan-qi-fan-wei.Conclusions：Comprehensive,crossed and overlapping changes were ofen seen in macroscopic syndromedifferentiation of TCM,gastroscopic observation of mucosal lesions,and etiologic diagnosisof Hp,whereas tidy and unitary changes were very rare,which was in accordance with thecharacteristic of precancerous lesions of CAG——complicated pathogenesis and variablepathological nature. The statistical results showed that the pathological nature ofprecancerous lesions of CAG was deficiency accompanied with excess.The maindeficiency syndromes of precancerous lesions of CAG were Pi-wei-xu-ruo,as well asShen-xu;the main excessive syndromes of precancerous lesions of CAG wereQi-zhi-xue-yu.
