Tong-Fu-Xie-Re Method On The Acute Abdomenand With The Application Of Rapid Rehabilitation

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Tongfuxiere method on acute abdomenpostoperational and to explore its mechanism.Methods:60patients were randomly divided into the treated group（30cases）and thecontrolled group （30cases）.The controlled group received FTS therapy, The treatmentgroup, based on the application of FTS treatment Tongfuxiere method treated, comparedwith the control group,The peristaltic sound recovery timing （PSRT）, the anorectumexhaust timing（AET） and the anorectum defecate timing（ADT） were determined inevery30min.Compared with hospitalization time and the total hospitalizationexpenditures,the number of nutritional status were measured before operation and2daysafter operation.Results:1.The peristaltic sound recovery timing （PSRT）, the anorectum exhausttiming（AET） and the anorectum defecate timing（ADT） of the controlled group wasobviously earlier than that in control group. There was significant difference between twogroups.2.Two days after operation, he number of nutritional status of the controlled groupwere improved significantly,as compared with those of control group （P<0.05）.3.thehospitalization time of treatment group was shorter than that of control group. In the totalhospitalization charges, the treatment group much less than that control group.There weresignificant differences between the two groups.（P<0.05）.Conclusion:1.Clinical application of Chinese crude drug with Tongfuxiere method isable to promote the restoration of gastrointestinal function on patients with acuteabdomen.2.Chinese crude drug with Tongfuxiere method can obviously improve the nutritional status ofpatients.3.Chinese crude drug with Tongfuxiere method can shortenhospital time, may decrease hospitalization expense and promote rapid rehabilitation.
