The Correlation Study Of Common Traditional Chinese Medicine TCM Syndrome Types Of Coronary Heart Disease With Heart Failure And Copeptin, HRV

Objective: By detecting coronary heart disease heart failure (referred to CHD) of Chinese medicine fortype for deficiency of Qi and Yin,Yang deficiency syndrome in patients with serum copeptin levels, aswell as the heart rate variability (HRV), the experiment studied the degree of correlation among serumcopeptin levels, HRV and coronary heart disease of TCM Syndromes of severe heart failure, Expected toprovide clinical basis for the research of the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Methods:90cases met the inclusion criteria of CHF with heart failure paitients were selected as the CHFgroup.Collected general data, symptoms, signs, tongue, pulse condition and other clinical data.Then wedevided them into two groups, included47cases with deficiency of Qi and Yin,43cases with deficiency ofYang, and NYHAâ…¡30, â…¢30, â…£30, normal control group30. Then we collected all generalinformation of the research object, and the results of the very next day lipid analysis, and detected serumcopeptin levels, with the method of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), recorder patients24hours dynamic electrocardiographic changes with CB-2302-A dynamic ECG, the SDNN, SDANN,rMSSD and other data. When data collection completed, we useed SPSS l8.0to undertake statisticalanalysis.Results:1. There were no statistical differences in age, LDL-C, TC and TG among different grade ofcardiac function in distributional, but there were statistical differences in serum copeptin level, HDL-C,SDNN, SDANN, rMSSD, PNN50. With the increasing of the grade of cardiac function, HDL-C, SDNN,SDANN, rMSSD, PNN50reduced, copeptin increased;2. There were no statistical differences in age,LDL-C, TC and TG among different syndromes of Traditional Chinese medicine and normal controls,Copeptin levels in different syndromes of Traditional Chinese medicine were significantly higher than thatin normal group. SDNN, SDANN, rMSSD, PNN50and HDL-C level were significantly lower than thosein normal group. But there were no statistical differences of Copeptin and HDL-C levels between differentsyndromes of Traditional Chinese medicine, there were statistical differences of SDNN, SDANN, rMSSD,PNN50between different syndromes of Traditional Chinese medicine, those in deficiency of Qi, Yingroup were significantly higher than those in Yang deficiency group.
