| Objective: To observe clinical effects of combined therapy of Chinese and Westernmedicine on atheroscl erosis obliterans in lower extremities.Methods:60cases of atherosclerosis obliterans in lower extremities were randomlydivided into30cases in treatment group and30cases in control group. Control group wasinjected liposomal prostaglandin E-110μg through veins, once per day.Based on thetreatment of control group,treatment group were given oral decoction of flavoredShengMaiYin.14days were1course of treatment for both groups. The effects wereobserved after6course of treatment. Observed before and after treatment of improvingrelevant indicators. Through the statistical processing comparison between treatment groupand control group the curative effect.Results: Total effective rate of treatment group was93.3%,better than of controlgroup70%(P＜0.05).The symptoms signs endothelial Four and ankle-brachial index ofaffected limbs improved obviously. Whole blood viscosity blood lipid and Hs-CRPdecreased significantly comparison between two groups indicating that there existedstatistical differences (P＜0.05).Two groups in the healing process all did not happenadverse reactions.Conclusion: The flavor ShengMaiYin joint alprostadil fat emulsiom injection for olderlower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans has good curative effect. The flavorShengMaiYin in improved clinical symptoms and signs, endothelial four, ankle brachialindex, whole blood viscosity, blood fat and Hs-CRP, a top in older lower extremityarteriosclerosis obliterans in the treatment of disease has obvious advantages. |
