TCM Pathogenesis And Syndrome Type Study Of VCIND

Objective:This study analyses the hazards those are related to VCIND,discuss thefeatures of the TCM syndrome and the TCM pathogenesis of this Sickness in order toprovide witness for the prevention and therapy of VCIND.Methods:Establish and fill in the the clinical data questionnaires,then partition theTCM syndrome of VCIND on the basis of diagnosis measure and adopt descriptivestatistics by the SPSS16.0statistical software,summarize the syndrome distribution,discussthe relevant pathogenesis.Results:By the descriptive statistics of the120patient’s distribution of TCMsyndrome，the amount of the patients those are belonging to single syndrome is14,thepercentage is11.7%;the amount of the patients those are belonging to two syndrome is49,the percentage is40.8%;the amount of the patients those are belonging to threesyndrome is57,the percentage is47.5%.Conclusion:The pathogenesis of VCIND is very complex,it has intimate connectionwith the Stroke,the illness position is the brain,VCIND subordinates to the syndrome thatis both asthenia syndrome and sthenia syndrome.By this study of this Sickness,the mostfrequent syndrome is kidney essence,phlegm block,blood stasis block,it has intimateconnection with this Sickness and it has much to be done to study this Sickness.
