TCM Syndrome Differentiation Points Type Treatment With Psoriasis Vulgaris Clinical Curative Effect Observation And Patient Serum Il-4,IL-8,TNF-α Level Influence Of Research

Objective: Observation on TCM syndrome differentiation treatment of psoriasisvulgaris and its effect on serum IL-4, IL-8, TNF-α levels influence, preliminary discussqing re xiao yin tang, hua yu xiao yin tang,cong yin yin yang tang in the treatment ofpsoriasis mechanism.Methods:160cases were randomly divided into two groups, including the treatmentgroup for Chinese medicine diagnosis and classification treatment group, the dialecticaldivided into xue re feng sheng type (typeⅠ), xue yu re jie type (typeⅡ),xue xu feng zaotype (typeⅢ), respectively, to qing re xiao yin tang, hua yu xiao yin tang,cong yin yin yangtang drink, the control group in40cases, to shuang tu yin drink. Every two weeks a chai,four weeks per treatment, were observed two treatment. Compared with two groups ofclinical curative effect, testing the treatment group serum IL-4before and after treatment,IL-8, TNF-αlevel changed.Results: the clinical effect: treatment group, control group were cured rate isrespectively77.68%,57.78%, two groups had significant difference (p<0.05); thetreatment group, control group total effective rate were92.86%,82.22%, two groups hadsignificant difference (p<0.05).3months after treatment, two patients were cured,treatment group, control group recurrence rates were14.94%,28.57%, two groups hadsignificant difference (P<0.05).Cytokine detection results: before treatment, the serum TNF-α, type I in patients withelevated IL-8levels, in comparison with healthy control group, there was significantdifference (P<0.01); type II in patients with elevated serum IL-4level, in comparison withhealthy control group, there was significant difference (P<0.01); type III patients with elevated serum IL-8levels, and health in comparison to the control group, there wassignificant difference (P<0.01). After treatment, patients with typeⅠserum TNF-α, IL-8level decreased, as compared with before treatment, there was significant difference(P<0.01); type II in patients with serum IL-4level decreased, as compared with beforetreatment, there was significant difference (P<0.01); type III patients serum IL-8leveldecreased, and before treatment than more, significant difference (P<0.01). Aftertreatment with cytokine levels did not return to normal, type I patients serum TNF-α, IL-8level in comparison with healthy control group, there was significant difference (P<0.05);type II patients with serum IL-4levels in comparison with healthy control group, there wassignificant difference (P<0.05); type III patients with serum IL-8level in comparison withhealthy control group, there were significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusion: TCM syndrome differentiation treatment of psoriasis vulgaris has exactcurative effect, is superior to single prescription treatment, the recurrence rate is low, itsmechanism and adjustment in patients with abnormal IL-4, IL-8, TNF-α level.
