Effect Of Liang Xue Xiao Yin Decoction And Fu Fang Huang Lian Ointment In Treatment Of Psoriasis Patients Of Blood-heat Syndrome Type And Its Impact On VEGF Equilibrium

Objective： To explore the mechanism of Liang Xue Xiao Yin Decoction in treatingpsoriasis of blood-heat syndrome type by observing its clinical efficacy and impacton onserum level of Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor.Methods： The60psoriasis vulgaris of blood-heat type patients are put into twogroups at random. The treatment group is given Liang Xue Xiao Yin Decoction and FuFang Huang Lian Ointment (30patients),the matched group is given Xiao Yin Jiao Nangand sesame oil (30patients) respectively. The course of treatment is8weeks. Observe thePASI scores and improvement in symptoms and drug safety of the2groups before andafter treatment；Serum levels of VEGF was detected of60patients by ELISA before andafter the treatment.Results： Scores of PASI and syndrome all improved after treatment(P<0.05).Theclinical markedly effective rate and the total effective rate of treatment group are all betterthan the matched group and statistical comparison showed that the two groups are different（P＜0.05）. And comparison of VEGF before and after treatment also showed significantdifference (P<0.01).Conclusion：Liang Xue Xiao Yin Decoction can play its effect in treating psoriasis byway of reducing VEGF level. Part mechanism may lower the expression of the VEGF onpsoriasis vulgaris patients’ KC, thereby reduce the new growth of vessel.
